"Mary Maxine (Gwinn) DeLashmit of Daleville, formerly of Noblesville, died Fri. 27, 2004, at Community Hospital in Anderson. She was 85."
"Born 3 March 1918, she was the daughter of Samuel A Gwinn and Ethel Greer; they preceded her in death. She married John S DeLashmit; he preceded her in death."
"She was a machine operator for Western Electric, retiring in 1975. She also worked for Indiana Bell for many years as a telephone operator."
"She was a member of hte Clarksville Christian Church, Christian Women's Fellowship, east Wayne Home Economics Club, Noblesville Eastern Star, Pioneer Club of Western Electric and the Western Electric Campers Club."
"Survivors include son ... and special friend ..., daughters ... sisters ... grandchildren ... and friend ..."
She also was preceded in death by grandchild Bran E Scroggins."
"Visitation is planned for 6 to 8 pm Sunday at randall & Roberts Funeral Home, 1150 Logan St., Noblesville. Services are planned for 10:30 am Monday at the Clarksville Christian Church; the rev. Carl Lamb officiat- ing. Burial will follow at Ladoga Cemetery in Ladoga."
