MARY KATHRYN WESTERBECK (Our beloved Marikaye) Born September 17, 1924 in Woodriver, Illinois, passed away January 21, 2003 at age 78 at the home of one of her nine surviving children (Joan) after much loving care. This magnificent mother, grandmother, shepherd, counselor and nurse x-ray technician survived her husband Dr. Charles Westerbeck by 16 years and her son Charles by 3 years, to help us all. Survived by 6 daughters, 3 sons and 24 grandchildren. Friends may call for visitation at Inglewood Mortuary, 1206 Centinela Avenue (800) 300-8137 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. January 23, 2003; or at Rosary Vigil at her parish St. Elisabeth, 6635 Tobias Ave in Van Nuys 7:00 p.m. January 24, 2003; or at her Funeral Mass and interment at St. Andrews Abbey, Valyermo, California 11:30 a.m. Saturday, January 25, 2003.
