James Travis Pridgeon was born to James A. and Alice Beasley Pridgeon, on Sept. 1, 1910. He passed away at home, in Mayflower Gardens Apts. at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife of 7 years, Dayton "Daisy" Pridgeon, daughter Theresa K. Dodge, and 5 grandchildren, Jason E. Dodge, Chad E. Dodge, Jeremy S. Linn, Keely S. Linn and Tahnia D. Linn all of Everett, Wa. Dad was a proud member of "Daiseys Desert Drifters" kitchen band, playing such instruments as the kazoo, and mostly the "Gut Bucket". He came to the Antelope Valley from Norwalk, Ca. in 1956 where he was employed by North American Aviation. He was an Electronics Engineer for many years..shifting between the aircraft companies. He loved life and he was a good dad. We all miss him terribly. His biggest goal was to live to be 100 so Willard Scott could announce his birthday on the "Today" show! He loved to dance....I miss you Dad.He was preceeded in death by his wife of 38 years, Mary Estell "Marie" Pridgeon on Dec. 4, 1980.
