Frances Riley Caldwell was born November 5, 1888 in Savannah, Chatham County, Georgia, one of six children of George M. D. Riley and Eliza Englert Miller Riley. Frances also had two older half-sisters. In 1910, before she married, she was a clerk at the Central of Georgia Railroad. She was the wife of John L. Caldwell. At the time of her death, they resided at 404 Henry Street, East with her mother. She died December 12, 1913 in Savannah at age 25 and is buried near her parents in Laurel Grove Cemetery in Savannah. Her ancestry was Irish and German. I hope one of her relatives will add her photo to this site. Where is her husband buried? Did they have any children?
