Died, Dec. 6, 1911, at the residence of his son, M. G. Elliott, South Fourteenth street, of a complication of diseases, Alexander Elliott, aged 81 years, 9 months and 4 days.
Deceased was born in Wayne county and has resided in this city for the past six years.
He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Tabitha Elliott; four sons, Isaac, Eugene and Jacob Elliott, all of this city, and James Elliott of Wyoming; two daughters, Mrs. Addie Hart of this city, and Mrs. Allie Jones of Aurora, and one half-sister, Margaret Dallas.
The funeral will be held at the family residence. Interment will be at Oak Ridge cemetery. The family requests that no flowers be sent.
