Body of Milton Anderson, 88, Brought to Home of Nephew at Bradfordsville
Burial at Old Liberty
Milton Anderson, 88 years old, died at the home of his grandson, Bernard Mackin, at 861 South Twenty-Sixth Street, Louisville on Friday night, May 25th, about ten o'clock.
Mr. Anderson was born February 19, 1846, a son of James and Nancy Anderson, both deceased. He was born in the Rush Branch section of this county. He was married to Miss Martha Guilliland, whose death occurred many years ago. Two sons and one daughter born to the union also preceded him to the grave. J.Q. Anderson, of this city, is a nephew. Mr. Anderson was a veteran of the War between the states.
The body was brought to the Drye Funeral Home in this city Saturday and was taken to the home of his nephew, Clyde O. Wilson, at Bradfordsville, Sunday morning. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the grave in Old Liberty cemetery by the Rev. L.C. Young. A number of nieces and nephewes in this county survive.
