Mrs. Nettie Mae Benningfield, 73, of Lompoc, Calif., formerly of Paris, died Sept. 11, 1980 in Lompoc. Graveside services were held Monday at the Hopewell Cemetery with Charles West officiating. Gene Roden's Sons, Directors of Funerals had charge of arrangements. Mrs. Benningfield was born in Lamar Co. on Jan. 22, 1907, daughter of James H. Garrison and Lennie Jane Milligan Garrison. Her husband, Robert Lee Benningfield, died in April, 1950. She is survived by two sons, James T. Benningfield and Tony D. Benningfield, both of Paris, two daughters, Eva McDorman of Tulare, Calif. and Sue Jackson of Lompoc; three brothers, Vollie E. Garrison and Bill Garrison, both of Paris, and Douglas Garrison of Grand Prairie; two sisters, Flora Benningfield of Paris and Imogene Bohannan of Fort Worth; 13 grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
