Taylor, Tex., April 19. -- A telephone message from Lexington states that Deputy Sheriff John H. Mundine of Lee County, who was wounded Friday morning by the accidental discharge of a pistol which fell from his pocket, mention of which was made in The News, died at his home in Lexington at 8 o'clock last night.
