Missouri Marriage Records, 1805-2002
Name: Zeralda J Bradley
Marriage Date: 25 Oct 1860
Marriage County: Henry
Spouse Name: William Bradley

Note: Her father, Nathaniel and 1st wife Nancy (Stanford) Bradley, were born in Kentucky, and came to Missouri about 1818. Nathaniel was a well-do-do planter, and a man of much influence in his community. He died when about sixty-five years of age and his wife Nancy at thirty-five yrs. Nathan remarried to Sarah Ann Quinley.

Cemetery records show burial for Zerelda Bradley and first husband William Bradley, who died 1876. Zerelda remarried a few years after William's death and moved to Kansas, where she died about 30 yrs later as Zerelda Parks. It is possible she is buried with 2nd husband and not in this cemetery with William. No death/burial record has been found. Did not find a marker for her when photo indexing cemetery in 2011, altho there was a small piece of a broken stone next to William's marker, and the area seemed disturbed. Apparently relatives saw marker for Zorelda Bradley with DOB, no DOD, when they visited cemetery about 1970.

Alert: Not the Zerelda C. Parks b abt 1843, with spouse Jessie Parks in 1865 Linn KS Census. Also no relationship found re the Jackson Co MO. death cert for Zarilda P. Bradley who died July 1908, age 45/widow.
