Mrs. Hattie Alice Eaves 77, died Thursday at 11:30 pm at the home of her daughter, Mrs. John Llginfitz of Mayville, Mo.
Born in Illinois April 7, 1870, Mrs. Eaves had lived in Ottumwa since childhood until early this year when she moved to Mayville to make her home with her daughter.
Mrs. Eaves is survived by two daughters; Mrs. llginfitz of Mayville Mo., and Mrs. Hattie Short of Ottumwa; and two sons; Charles Eaves of Ottumwa and Leo Eaves of Cheyenne, Wyo.
The body will remain at Jay Funeral Chapel until arrangements are completed.
Funeral services for Mrs. Hattie Alice Eaves will be held at 2:30 pm. at Jay Funeral Home in charge of Rev. O.L. Welshons; pastor of The First Church of the OPen Bible.Burial willl be in the McIntire Cemetery at Ottumwa, Wapello County Iowa. Mrs. Eaves was born April 2, 1870 at Amboy, Illinois; the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Finney. She was preceded in death by her husband and seven children.
