Services for Mrs. Elizabeth Shuff 80, were held Monday, February 16, in Stroud Christian Church with Rev. Kermit Lynch officiating. Mrs. Shuff died February 14 at her home after a brief illness.

Mrs. Elizabeth Shuff was born October 1889 at Marionville, Mo., the daughter of William K. and Lucinda Flowers Clayton. She was married to H. O. Shuff on Nov. 26, 1926 at Stroud and had lived in this community since 1918. Her husband preceded her in death in 1950. She was a member of the Stroud Christian Church.

Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Vera Geirr of Buffalo, Wyo., Mrs. Minti Ann Taylor of Riverside, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lillie Waid of Oklahoma City, Miss Julia Clayton of Stroud; eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren and several nieces.

Burial was in Stroud Cemetery with Stroud Curry Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
