Witnesses: John Pearse and William Henry Argall.

DEATH: Died at Goonvrea, St Agnes. Cause of death: Bronchitis, certified by W Whitworth MRCS. Death was registered by M H Hodge of Vicarage Road, St Agnes, who caused the body to be buried.
