Kimberly S. Costa, RN (nee Kotecki), age 43, late, of Dyer, IN and formerly of St. John, IN, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007. She is survived by her parents: Jerry and Arlene Kotecki with whom she made her home; loving daughters: Brittany (Mark) Cogdill and Stephanie Costa; adoring grandson, Kyle Michael Cogdill; dearest sister-in-law, Ann Kotecki; fond nieces: Mikala and Paige Kotecki; devoted lifelong friends: Lana Kaiser, Shelley Glatt and Lynn Gargas. Preceded in death by her brother, Michael Kotecki. Kimberly was a dedicated employee of Community Hospital in Munster, IN with 16 years of service in post partum. She was a graduate of Morton High School Class of 1981 and a graduate of I.U. Northwest.
