Nona Duvall
Nona Ruth Duvall, 81, of Pottsville, died Wednesday, Feb. 16, 2005, at Saint Mary's Regional Medical Center in Russellville.
The daughter of Frank and Janie (Kinder) Burris, she was born June 22, 1923, in Pope County. She worked as a line supervisor with ConAgra for 18 years. She volunteered as a senior companion with the Area Agency on Aging and was a member of the Pine Ridge Free Will Baptist Church at Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Charles H. Duvall.
She is survived by four sons, Paul Duvall, Jerry Duvall and wife, Jane, and Larry Duvall and wife, Christy, of Pottsville, and Charles Edward Duvall and wife, Judy, of Greenbrier; a daughter, Glenda Kimball and husband, Gary, of Dover; 12 grandchildren, Pam Scarber, and husband, Tim, Laura Porter and husband, Jerry, Benita Drew and husband, Jason, Bryan Duvall and wife, Michelle, and Kevin Duvall, all of Pottsville, Tina Duvall, Josh Duvall and Ginny Kimball of Russellville, Gina Dixon and husband, Robbie, of Baumholder, Germany, Jacob Duvall and Jordan Duvall of Greenbrier, and Amber Duvall of Missouri; seven great grandchildren; two sisters, Elise Haney of Fordyce and Mildred Johnson of Conway; a brother, Robert Burris of Conway; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Humphrey Chapel with the Rev. Terry Anthony officiating. Burial will be in SHADY GROVE Cemetery at Atkins by Humphrey Funeral Service.
Pallbearers will be Bryan Duvall, Kevin Duvall, George Davis, Charles Oates, Jake Miller and Jimmy Rietzke.
Visitation will be 6-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
