He founded Ben Dreiling Motors in 1936 and was an auto dealer for 30 years before his retirement in 1966. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and fourth degree member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors: his wife, Agnes, of the home; one son, Ben F. Jr. of Hays; three brothers, Frank, Boniface, and Wilmer, all of Fort Collins, Colo.; four sisters, Mrs. Silverine Reissig of Russell, Miss Angeline Dreiling of Hays, Mrs. Lydia Arnhold of Denver, and Mrs. Annie Weingardt of Beech Grove, Ind.; three grandchildren.
Services were at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph Church. Burial was in St. Joseph Cemetery.
