Nicole, a native of Erwinville, La, and a resident of Maringouin, La passed away on December 26, 2014 in Livonia, La as a result of an automobile accident. She worked as a Para Professional at Livonia High School, working with children with special needs, who she cared for very much. Nicole was a wonderful mother. Nicole was a member of the Erwinville Athletic Recreation Association, a sponsor of the Livonia High School Color Guard, and she coached her children's summer league baseball teams. Visiting will be held at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Lakeland on Wednesday, December 31, 2014 from 11:00 am until Mass of Christian Burial at 2:00 pm., conducted by Rev. Todd Lloyd. Interment will follow in Chenal Cemetery. Survived by: husband of 3 years Nick Cline of Maringouin; daughter Lona Heine 9; sons Wyatt Heine 8 and Coby Cline 2; stepson Clayton Cline 8; parents Stephen and Suzanne Salter of Erwinville; brother Jason Salter and wife Valerie of Erwinville; nephews Trevor and Blaine Rogers and Christian Hotard; nieces Erica and Hailey Guerin; great niece Skylar Paige Rogers; uncle/aunt (nanny) Mario and Cindy Reyna; special cousins Monica Reyna, Angela Grooms, and Andruw David; in-laws Jim and Geraldine Murphey; brother-in-law Jack Cline, Jr.; and numerous relatives and friends. Preceded in death by: maternal grandparents Alex Bonaventure and Patricia Pickett Bonaventure; and paternal grandparents Weyman and Jane Salter. Pallbearers: PFC Trevor Rogers, Keith Lee, Blake Hotard, Coach Tim Waller, Ryan LeJeune, Nick Cline, Eric Breaud, Blaine Salter, and Brad Guerin. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to her children's college trust fund.
