FRED A. WOODS, 86, of Memphis died Tuesday, October 9, 2007, at Saint Francis Hospital.

Interment to take place in Memorial Park Cemetery.

He worked for the U. S. Rubber Company in Milan for 12 years and worked for Kellogg for 26 years here in Memphis.

Fred was a member of White Station Church of Christ and he was a World War II Navy veteran.

He leaves his wife, Ruby Woods; his son, Freddy Woods of Memphis; one brother, Herman Woods of Bolivar, TN; one sister, Mary Emma Wadlington of Memphis; two granddaughters, Kelly Brandon and Kim Walter; and one great-granddaughter, Ella Brandon.
