A resident and native of Erwinville, he died Saturday, Sept. 22, 2007, at Baton Rouge General Medical Center. He was 78. Visiting at Hall's Mortuary, Port Allen, on Friday, Sept. 28, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Religious service at St. Peter Baptist Church at 11 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Oliver Washington Sr. Interment in the church cemetery. He is survived by a daughter, Annette Haggan; son, Freddie Haggan; sister, Willie Mae Tolbert; brother, Joe Haggan; and grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his wife, mother, father, son, brother and sister.
