GWENDOLYN W. BURDGE, 82, of HOWELL, died Friday at Manor by the Sea Nursing Home, Ocean Grove. She was a retired bookkeeper. She was a member and former organist of the West Farms United Methodist Church, Howell. She was a member of the Howell Township Historical Society, the Howell Township Garden Club, the Howell Shade Tree Commission, the United Republican Club of Howell and the Howell Township Election Board. She was the master of the Southard Grange, a volunteer at the Howell Haven Rest Home and the Howell Township Food Pantry, and she organized the Howell Clothes Barn. Born in Brooklyn, she lived in Howell for most of her life.
