Funeral services for Henry Clifton "Chip" Hillman, Sr., 77, of Anacoco were held at 10 a.m. Aug. 10, 2004, at Labby Memorial Funeral Home Chapel of Leesville the Revs. Wallace Palmer, Gil Arthur and Durhl Davis officiated. Burial followed in Antioch Cemetery in Slagle.
Mr. Hillman died Sunday, Aug. 8, at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville. He was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in WWII.
He was preceded in death by two grandsons, Clifton Dale Hillman and Benjamin Lee Averitt.
Survivors include his wife of Anacoco; three sons; four daughters; threesisters; 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
