Born in Pierce Twp, Clermont County, Ohio. He traveled with his mother, Amelia Herbert Townsley, and 2 brothers, Arthur Chester and David Titus, to Turtle Creek, PA prior to the 1910 PA Census. Next door to the family household in Turtle Creek was Irene Shelley - half sister to the boys. In 1920 he was married with a daughter and worked as a railroad machinist. In 1930 he was working in a dept. store as a "Radotechnician". His WWI draft record showed he had already served 3 years in the PA National Guard. His brother (David T.) and an half-sister, Irene, both moved to CA where David enlisted with the MARINES. David T would return to CA after his discharge from the Marines around 1928. Enos C and his family continued to live in Wilkinsburg, PA at the time of the 1940 census. He was a Real Estate salesman in El Monte, CA in 1953 and some time later in Perris, CA where he had his own brokerage. He died of a rupture abdominal aorta.
