Obituary from the Pine Bluff Commercial, Monday, August 26, 1940 -- Mrs. Lula L. Dumas, 72, of Little Rock, aunt of N. L. Lowe of Pine Bluff, died at her home at Little Rock, Saturday morning. Mrs. Dumas, a resident of Little Rock for the past 15 years, was a member of the Immanuel Baptist church and active in woman's missionary work. She formerly resided at Warren. Survivors in addition to Mr. Lowe, include a daughter, Mrs. Elmer Throckmorton of Little Rock; a son, Jack Dumas of Little Rock; and two sisters, Mrs. J. W. Smith of Sturgis, Miss., and Mrs. J. B. Lowe of Warren
