Everett was married on March 9, 1820, Adams County, Ohio, to Hannah Mowrey.
He died of cholera while visiting family in Washington, Kentucky.
Besides the children linked below they had:
John M. b.ca.1825 m.ca.1853 Mary E. Martin(?).
Charles Joseph (ca.1829-1863) m.Mary Ann Minton, killed in Civil War.
Wesley Lee b.ca.1833, m.Elizabeth Aldred.
Everett b.ca.1834, never married.

NOTE: another source says that Charles Joseph was killed at the Battle of Chattahoochie River (1864). Charles' widow Mary Ann remarried about 1865 to Robert Clark (born c 1825, Ohio) and had two additional children by him, namely Ida May Clark (c. 1866) and Robert Clark (c. 1869), all in Adams County, Ohio.
