Roy Nelson Newlin "52," of Rt. 4, died yesterday at his residence. He was born in Frederick Co, Va., on Aug. 21st, 1922, the son of Mary Virginia (Lowery) Newlin and the late Salem E. Newlin. He was employed at National Fruit Products Co., and was a member of the Second Opequon Presbyterian Church. He is survived, in addition to his mother; by two daughters: Mrs. John (Billie) Steward Jr., And Mrs. Donald (Linda) Sandridge, both of Winchester, Va., and three sisters: Mrs. Margaret V.(Newlin) Hewitt, Mrs. Lena Catherine (Newlin) Wisecarver, and Mrs. Grace M. (Newlin) Pitcock; and two Brothers: Floyd William Newlin and Raymond A. Newlin, all of Winchester, Va., and two grandsons. A funeral service will be conducted, Wednesday, at 11 a.m., at Jones Funeral Home, by the Rev. Kenneth Smith. Burial will be in St. Paul's Lutheran Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home, tomorrow evening, from 7:30 until 9 o'clock p.m.
