Elizabeth Smith was born June 21, 1887. She was an extremely good looking girl and was engaged to marry Spencer Crouch of San Augustine when she took sick and died in July 27, 1900, 21 years old. She is buried in the Smith Cemetery in San Augustine, Texas.
