Bishop of Minneapolis, Minn.; and four grandchildren; funeral arrangements pending at Hewett

Albany, Texas, newspaper June 16, 1916:REYNOLDS-BISHOP: Miss Laura Reynolds and Mr. George Finley Bishop were
married at 8:30 o'clock Wednesday evening, at the home of the bride's parents, Mr. and Mrs. P.W. Reynolds. The wedding was very quiet and of simple appointment with only the immediate family, near relatives, and a few close friends of the bride and groom present. Mr. and Mrs. Bishop left Wednesday night for California. They will make their home in Temple, where Mr. Bishop has a position as dispatcher on the Santa Fe. He is not a stranger to the Albany people, as he lived here several years ago while
in the employ of the Katy railroad, at that time the Texas Central. It was during this sojourn in Albany that he met the "fair charmer" around whom his interests have since centered. The bride is eldest daughter of an old and esteemed family. Her father, Mr. P.W. Reynolds, is one of
the well known brothers of that name, who have for a generation been identified with the extensive ranching interests of the county. Mrs. Bishop was for several years a student in Hanover College, Indiana, where she took a B.S. degree in 1911. During the past winter she has been
teaching in the Stamford schools. In her home town and abroad, wherever she is known, her personality, original and sincere, wholesome and individual, has found favor. Out of town guests were: S.A. Newcomb and family of Cisco, B.F. Reynolds and family of Throckmorton, Ben G.Reynolds and family of near Aspermont, and DeWitt Reynolds of Dalhart.
