For 20 years, Peggy Lynn Johnson was known as the "Racine Jane Doe". She was discovered in a cornfield in the Town of Raymond in Racine County, Wisconsin on July 21, 1999. She was cognitively disabled. She had been abused. She was never reported missing most likely since her parents and brother were deceased. She was given a proper burial in Holy Family Catholic Cemetery located in Caledonia, Racine County, Wisconsin. Her identity was identified through DNA on November 7, 2019. She will finally be laid to rest on March 4, 2020 next to her mother and grandparents in a private service.
