I found the following in the "Press-Democrat" (Hennessey) for 18 June 1909:
The infant daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Barney Frank was buried at Sheridan on the sixth. The little one had been a sufferer almost since its birth. This is the fourth time that death had entered the Frank home and claimed one of their children.
Also, from the "Hennessey Clipper" of 20 July 1899:
Deaths: Edith Frank, one year, on July 18 near Sheridan.
I couldn't find anything about the other two.
