Mr. Hiscock died Nov. 25 in Mercy Hospital, Watertown, where he had been a patient since June 15.

Surviving are a son, Charles A. Hitchock, Tonawanda; a foster son, Kenneth Petrie, Watertown; a foster daughter, Mrs. Tom (Mabel) Tucker, Dexter; eight grandchildren; two brothers, Everette Hitchock, Watertown, and Howard Hiscock, Winchester, N.H.; a sister, Ruth DiJoseph, Watertown, and several nieces and nephews.
Born in Pitcairn on Nov. 17, 1910, a son of Archibald and Mabel Cobb Hiscock, he attended local schools and married Florence "Flossie" Pratt on July 2, 1931, in Watertown. She died Aug. 6.
Mr. Hiscock was employed on various dairy farms on outer Arsenal Street and in the Redfield area for a number of years. In April 1947, he went to work for New York State Department of Environmental Conservation as conservation foreman in the Tug Hill Region, retiring Jan. 4, 1973.
Mr. and Mrs. Hiscock had lived on the Hagen Road for more than 40 years.
