Chloe was the unborn daughter of Jessie Marie Davis of Canton, Stark County, Ohio, who was missing over the past week. She is survived by a brother Blake, 2 and father (murder suspect) Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, a Canton, Ohio police officer.

Jessie was born in Waco, Texas. She attended Coventry High School where she was in the sports medicine program. She was really friendly and always willing to help out. During school spirit week, she was willing to run around in a clown wig to promote it. She was also a familiar face at The House of the Lord, a multicultural congregation of 6,000 in West Akron. Her family, including her mom and dad, brothers and sisters, joined the church in 1999. Jessie was about 17 and they went as a family and worshiped as a family. She was an employee of Allstate Insurance and her co-workers had given her a baby shower just a week before she disappeared. The most important thing to her was her son Blake and the upcoming birth of her baby daughter. She was always smiling and telling silly jokes. Jessie and her unborn daughter were lives taken too soon.
