Bernice Mae Fossett, 80, of Delaplaine died Sunday, June 3, 2007, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.
Born Nov. 1, 1926, in Greene County, she was the daughter of Basel and Aris Copeland Nation.
She was a retired factory worker and a homemaker. She was a member of the Delaplaine Church Of Christ.
Bernice was preceded in death by her husband, Willis Marcy "Mark" Fossett; her parents; and by one great-grandchild.
Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Weldon and Sharon Fossett of Huntingtown, Md., and Wayne and Marcie Fossett of Owings, Md.; one daughter and son-in-law, Marsha and Dan McInnis of Madison, Miss.; three half-brothers, Carl Roberson of West Plains, Mo., Alton Roberson of Holder, Mo., and Jerry Roberson of Texas; one half-sister, Faye Spoor of Texas; eight grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Burial was at Greene County Memorial Gardens.
