Only 35 at the time of her death, she had been married for 14 years and had given birth to 11 children.
Born in Wilson Co., TN., she made the grueling trip by foot, wagon and horseback to AR. with her husband, 5 children, (she may have been pregnant with one,) and her father, mother and family friends.
