Graveside services for Willie Nanally Rowell St., 82, of 201 Highland Ave., Opelika, will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 19, 1994, at Loachapoka Cemetery. The Rev. Ken Jackson will officiate.
Mr. Rowell, who died Thursday, Feb. 17, 1994 at his residence, was born Dec. 19, 1911 in Alabama. He lived in Loachapoka for 80 years.
Survivors include one son, W.N. (Billy) Rowell Jr. of Notasulga; three daughters, Annie Sue Barnett of Spring City, Tenn., Joyce Vansandt of Millbrook, Donna Dewberry of Valley; three sisters, Lois Britton of Opelika, Florence Spencer of Auburn and Annie Lou Nunn of Auburn; four brothers, Joe D. Rowell of Notasulga, George W. Rowell, Woodrow W. Rowell, Edwin P. Rowell, all of Loachapoka; nine grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 6 to 9 tonight at Frederick's Funeral Home in Opelika. Frederick's Funeral Home in Opelika is directing.
