Frank Morley is the son of Charles Morley and Martha Twyford

At the age of 15, Frank worked at the Red Wing Stoneware Company. He eventually owned and operated a saloon at 1503 Main St. in Red Wing. He lived above the saloon with his wife Elizabeth (Eisenbrand). He was married less than a year before he went in the Army to serve in the Spanish American War.

He died of a disease he contracted while serving in the Philippines.
