Doris was the oldest of 11 children born to James Sanders and Evelyn Cox. In 1966 she married Dennis Brasher. They had three children together, 2 sons and 1 daughter, and were the proud grandparents of 2 grandsons. She was a wonderful Christian lady who died after battling cancer for a number of years.
