Obituary: Mrs. Isabelle M. Leigey, 88, of Lecontes Mills, died Monday, Feb. 29, at Mountain Laurel Nursing Center, Clearfield.
Born Sept. 16, 1899, in Lecontes Mills, she was a daughter of Farell and Florence (Jury) Martell.
Mrs. Leigey was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons, Michael of Port Allegheney, N. Y. and Thomas F. of Lecontes Mills; one daughter Mrs. Levina Elders of Lewistown; 17 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and three brothers and two sisters, Fred, Gordon and Hugh Martell, all of Lecontes Mills, and Annabelle Smith and Bessie Aughenbaugh, both of Erie.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Hugh, in 1965; four brothers, Charles Martell, Wilbur Martell, Louis Martell and Raymond Martell; two sisters; and an infant son.
Services will be held Wednesday at noon at the Leavy-Valigochy Funeral Home, Clearfield, with Father Robert Humaney officiating.
Interment will follow in St.Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery, Frenchville.
