Orvil R. Rush, 76, Blairstown, Mo., died Monday at a hospital here. He was born in Osceola, Mo., and had lived in Blairstown 44 years. Mr. Rush worked for the Frisco Railroad 40 years before he retired as an assistant section foreman in 1965. He leaves his wife, Mrs. Marie Rush of the home; three sons Junior Rush, Kansas City; Robert B. Rush, Lee's Summit; and Billy Joe Rush, Chilhowee, Mo.; two daughters, Mrs. Peggy Loun, Kansas City, Kansas, and Mrs. Catherine Claxton, Kansas City; a sister, Mrs. Sarah Bullock, Howthorne, Calif.; 14 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the Ward Chapel, Chilhowee; burial in Carpenter Cemetery there. Friends may call from 7 to 8:30 p.m. today at the chapel.
