Hi Sandra!
I'm certain this is Elizabeth Jane Brandon, daughter of Smith Brandon & Elizabeth Ann Holt. Her parents & step-mother died when she was about 13 and her grandfather, Robert Brandon, became her legal guardian. I have the court documents on this, which are very touching as reports were ordered quite often and for a time Robert had to go to Fulton every quarter. Smith must have been prosperous. His farm was kept for her and she & T.H. Renoe lived there, next to Abner Holt Brandon (1860 census). They had Mary (Mollie b. 1863) who m. John Wilkerson, Nancy b. 1858, William A. b. 1860 & Thomas A. b. aft 1861.
