Zuma Bias, 97, of Newport, died Thursday at Baptist Convalescent Center in Newport. She was a homemaker and a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church and the Mason County Homemakers in Maysville. Survivors include sons, Mason Bias of Fort Thomas and Robert S. Bias of Fort Myers, Fla.; a daughter, Euneva Mustard of Vanceburg; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Brell and Son Funeral Home, Maysville. Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. today at the funeral home. Burial will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Maysville.
