Raymond graduated from Harborcreek High School and then earned an associate degree in engineering. He was employed as head of quality control at Electric Materials in North East. After retirement, he drove truck during the grape season for Dave Snow and John Moorhead. He was a Shriner at the Zem Zem Temple in Erie, a member of the Masonic Lodge #399, and the Presbyterian Church of St. Cloud, Fla.
In addition to his parents, Raymond was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Marie Baybrook (April 25, 2009); sister, Esther Baybrook Smith; a great grandson, Michael Crotty; great granddaughter, Erin Lynn Crotty.
He is survived by his sons, Raymond E. Baybrook (Tanja) of Manassas, Va. and George E. Baybrook (Rose) of Moorheadville; daughter, Sally L. Wakeley of St. Cloud, Fla.; eight grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; eight great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
