She was a member of Holly Springs Baptist Church where her funeral was held. She is buried in front of the Alexander family plot in Holly Springs church cemetery. She was a member of Pole Bridge Church but later change her membership to Holly Springs Baptist Church where she became a member of the church usher committee and remain a faithful member. She was a cook in a private family home.
Bazzie died at Druid City Hospital; however, we don't know when she died but a few documents we have shows she was living Sept 1918 at Rt 2, Northport Alabama.
We also know that she is listed on the 1920 age 22 and 1930 census. She is not on the 1940 census. We ordered a copy of her death certificate however Department of Vital Records are unable to find a death certificate for her.
Bazzie married at a young age; her husband was about 10 years older. She had several children that died in infancy; two live to adulthood. She was a faithful wife, mother, and Christian. She enjoyed cooking, gardening and sewing.
