She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Beulah (LaRue) Fair; husband, Theodore "Ted" Hamby; son, Robert Theodore Hamby; brother-in-law, Wilburn Hamby.
Elaine is survived by her brother, Eugene Fair and wife Pam of St. Charles; sister, Janet McGary and husband Wes of Bonne Terre; sister-in-law, Treva Bounds and husband Leroy of Jefferson City. Several niece, nephews and dear friends from Centenary United Methodist and St. Joe Manor also survive.
