It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charlie Gene Payne (China Spring, Texas), who passed away on September 26, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Visitation was held on Friday, September 30th 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wilkirson-Hatch-Bailey Funeral Home (6101 Bosque Blvd, Waco, TX 76710). A graveside service was held on Saturday, October 1st 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the China Spring Cemetery (15654 Old China Spring Rd, China Spring, TX 76633).
