CHARLES MADDIE was a respected man in the St. Louis community. He was employed by the Pullman Company. A veteran of the Spanish American Wsr World War I, he left Veterans hospital to give his beloved daughter, Pearl (Mickey) to Ralph Humphreys in marriage. He died of cancer shortly after. He was the son of John and Mary Maddie.
