Audrey E. Banta, 74, of Carrollton, Ky., died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, at Gallatin County Health Care in Warsaw, Ky.
She was born Nov. 23, 1932, in Owen County, Ky., the daughter of Flotilla Payne. She was a former Welch's employee.
She is survived by two sons, Darrell Hayden of Carrollton, Ky., and Britt Banta of Lexington, Ky.; one brother, Les Hayden; two sisters, Agnes Smith and Cozy West; and three grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers, Herbert Hayden, Clarence Hayden, Ed Hayden and Jessie Hayden; and two sisters, Margie Barth and Eileen Prather.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Graham-Dunn Funeral Home in Carrollton, Ky. Burial will be in the Carrollton I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
