He was the son of Floyd and Zella (Lowery) Eichenauer. On Jun 19, 1954, he married Alice Gagle, who survives.
Also surviving are a daughter, Jeannette (Dan) Arnold, Celina; a son, Mark (Brenda), Ft. Recovery; a sister, Helen Johnson, Ft. Recovery; a brother-in-law, Don Brautigam, Wapakoneta; two in-laws: Verla Roessner, Ft. Recovery, and Clara (Martin) McWay, Lima; and five granddaughters and ten great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two sisters linked below; and a brother-in-law, Gayle Johnson.
A lifelong farmer, he was a 1949 graduate of Ft. Recovery High School and was a U.S. Marine veteran who served in the Korean War. He enjoyed going to car shows.
Services are at the First Church of Christ, Ft. Recovery, with Mike Hickerson officiating. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery, Ft. Recovery.
