Mrs. Barclay died Thursday at Americana Health Care Center.
She taught school in Grassy Fork Township before going to Indianapolis.
She was born Dec. 4, 1902, at Russell's Chapel to John and Bertha Russell Bryan. She attended Tampico High School and graduated from Crothersville High School.
She married Thomas D. Barclay of Ontario, Canada, on July 22, 1933. He died in 1966.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ray (Suzanne) Hawkins, Indianapolis, two brothers, Floyd Bryan, Nashville; and Otis Bryan, Greeley, Kan,; four sisters, Mrs. Roswald (Alice) Zaring, Seymour; Mrs. Reynolds (Laura May) Gossman, Brownstown; Mrs. George (Helen June) Heller, Columbus; and Mrs. Mike (Marybelle) Vogt, Crown Point; two grandsons; and numerous nieces and nephews in Jackson County.
