CRIST Sr., Marvin E.
age 76, passed away in Lancaster, Calif., on January 13, 2007. Marvin was born September 17, 1930, in Nebraska. He served 4 years in the U.S. Army, and met his wife Dawn while stationed in England. They have been longtime residents of the Antelope Valley since 1952. Marvin was a retired power equipment operator for LA County Road Department. Marvin's memory will forever live on through his devoted family. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Dawn; children, Sheri and Stuart Avery, Mitchell and Carol Crist, Marvin and Cindy Crist Jr.; grandchildren, Nathan, Rachelle and Brandon Avery, Ryan Crist, and Justin and Teah Crist; niece and nephews, Glenn, Kim, and Marc Daniel; many uncles and cousins; and all his friends from Le Club Sportif. Marvin will always be remembered for his sense of humor. The twinkle in his eye, his joking nature, made him loved dearly by his many friends. He will be greatly missed. Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m., Thursday, January 18, 2007, at Desert Lawn Memorial Park. Email condolences to the family at [email protected]. Chapel of the Valley Mortuary Palmdale.
