John Allen Braden, the son of James Braden and Mary Ella Quick-Braden, was a prominent farmer of the Cameron, MO. area. He passed away at the Cameron Community Hospital. Mr. Braden was a native of Palmyra in Macoupin Co. Illinois and a member of the Girard, Illinois Masonic Lodge in addtion to being a member of the Missouri Farmers Association. Rose Merle Tow-Braden, his second wife, preceded him in death on February 4, 1964. There were no children born of this union. John's first wife Nola Edith Harrison died 12 Nov 1940 in Hutchinson, KS. John and Nola had three Children, Albert Harrison, Herbert Allen and John William. Nola is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Girard, Illinois along with their son, John William Braden.
