Mr Horn was born Oct 11 1939 in Union, the son of Clarnece and Lillie (Southard) Horn. He attended school in Elgin and later lived in Bandon, where he was married Sept. 12 1959 to Sandra Wood. They then moved to this area in 1960.
Survivors include his wife; of Elgin; son, Jeff of Elgin; daughter, Debbie, of Elgin; brothers Stanley and Glenn, both of Elgin; Edwin and Danny, both of Hermiston; Sisters Betty Erickson, of Elgin; Virgina McLeod, of Hermiston; Lorrene Vollie, of Irrigon; and Barbara Hudspeth, of Grass Valley. He was preceded in death by two brothers, Lawrence and Eugene. and his parents Clarence & Iily Horn.
Services are scheduled Thursday at 2p.m. at Elgin Cemetery with Bill Miller of the Elgin Christioan Church officiating.
